Get help

Email jetpackpals@gmail.com. Tell us your pilot's name, whether you play in the browser or on iPhone, and what happened. We usually answer within a few days.

Accounts

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, choose to reset your password and we'll email you a link.

My progress is missing

Guests' progress is saved on the device they played on. If you signed in on a different device, make sure you're using the same account, then use Sync on the Account screen. Still missing? Email us.

Deleting an account

Open the Account screen in the game and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your pilots, coins, items, apartments and friends. You can also email us to delete it for you. Deleting an account doesn't cancel an Apple or Google Play membership, so cancel it with the store where you subscribed first.

Memberships

  • Cancel on iPhone: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Jetpack Pals. Or tap Manage subscription on the membership screen in the game.
  • Cancel on Android: open Google Play with the Google Account used to subscribe, then choose Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Jetpack Pals. Uninstalling the app does not cancel renewal.
  • Cancel on the website: open the membership screen in the game and choose Cancel renewal.
  • Restore on a new iPhone: sign in to the same Jetpack Pals account, open the membership screen and tap Restore purchases.
  • Restore on Android: use the same Google Play account and Jetpack Pals account, select the pilot the membership belongs to, then open the membership screen and choose Restore purchases.
  • Refunds: iPhone purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android purchases, use Google Play's refund request process or email us for help. For website purchases, email us.
  • A membership belongs to one pilot and can't be moved to another. See the Terms of Service for the details.

Staying safe

  • Tap another pilot to mute, block or report them. Reports come to us.
  • Voice chat is off until you turn it on, and it's push-to-talk.
  • Never share your real name, address, school or phone number in the game.
  • Parents: email us to see, correct or delete your child's information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect.

  • Browser: jetpackpals.com/play on a computer with a recent version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.
  • iPhone: the Jetpack Pals app, played in landscape.
